🚨 BOAT TOUR WARNING — KEFALONIA / LEFKADA We booked a daytime boat tour and were explicitly told to be back at the boat at 14:30, after our lunch break in Fiskardo, Kefalonia. We followed their instructions. The boat left at 14:10 — TWENTY MINUTES BEFORE the time we were told to be back. We were left behind on another island. We immediately called the tour operator from Fiskardo to explain what had happened and ask what we should do. Instead of helping us, the woman who answered was extremely rude and hung up on me while I was explaining the situation. We called again, but nobody answered. We were then forced to find our own way back to Lefkada and pay for it ourselves. Once back in Lefkada, we went to one of the company’s offices in person to make a complaint and ask for assistance. They refused to do anything for us and offered no meaningful help or solution. Mistakes happen. But when a company gives its customers the wrong return time, leaves them behind on another island, refuses to help them get back and then refuses to deal with their complaint, that is not acceptable customer service. We paid for a tour we could not complete because of incorrect information provided by the organiser. No apology. No assistance. No solution. No responsibility. Think twice before booking with this company.
